I’ve developed The Well-Being At Scale Model™ based on my experience working with dozens of organizations over the past decade.     In this 60-minute working session, we set the overall well-being vision for your organization with key stakeholders and leaders for your organization as well as our annual wellbeing plan.

  • Join The Wellbeing At Scale Program
    We onboard you and your team into our program providing you with onboarding materials, and a plan for the coming year.

  • Create Your Wellbeing At Scale Plan™ & Select Resources

    Based on your organizational goals and challenges, together we’ll identify the key frameworks, tools, strategies and training needed to truly embed well-being into your culture alongside performance.
