I’ve dedicated my life to uncovering why successful leaders and teams are wired to burnout—and how we can change that—so you don’t have to piece it all together alone. Having coached over 1,000 leaders and teams to create lasting change, my mission is to foster workplace environments where well-being and high performance coexist.

I equip individuals and organizations with the tools to lead with clarity, resilience, and impact, helping them navigate the complexities of modern leadership with confidence and purpose. By integrating neuroscience, nervous system support, breathwork, and my signature frameworks, I’m redefining leadership success and amplifying impact in the workplace.

With a track record of working with leading companies like SAP, VMware, KPMG, Enterprise Ireland, Equitable Life of Canada, and Shell International, I continue to support leaders in creating environments where well-being and high performance are not just possible—they’re the standard.

In Search of Answers - My Journey into Helping Teams & Leaders.


By the age of 28, I had burned out three times—emotionally, mentally, and energetically. Despite being a high-performing Type A leader with multiple promotions in corporate roles across sales, business development, and partnerships, I found myself at a breaking point.

On paper, I had achieved what many define as success: a high-paying job, the freedom to travel the world and work remotely, and a respected leadership position.

But beneath the surface, I was struggling, and I couldn’t figure out why. That all changed during my first coaching session—it felt like coming home. With my background in psychology and a research degree in remote and hybrid team effectiveness, I’d always been passionate about understanding people. That session illuminated my blind spots, showing me how my biggest strength—my relentless drive—was also my greatest vulnerability.

Working with teams and leaders, there was also another huge problem that I witnessed in professionals across all industries, job positions and ages- workplace burnout.

As a consultant, executive coach and trainer, the writing was on the wall - it wasn’t just me who struggled in the workplace, I could see the impact of chronic stressors everywhere. I knew I needed to help more deeply and from there, I delved deeper into researching burnout within organizations and teams.

I uncovered common threads that reveal why professionals and teams experience burnout - while writing my book, I connected the dots of my own story and could deepen the awareness and transformations of my clients.

Time and time again,

I found that burnout isn’t just an individual problem, it’s often a systemic problem within our organization.

That’s not to say that improving and empowering ourselves as individuals isn’t a solution but I know our corporate worlds and systems need more than superficial wellness tips and tricks. We need the information to be delivered in a way where everyone feels safe to take responsibility, and feels empowered to make change that’s realistic for where they (or their team) are in the journey.   • Launched my book in English, Indonesian and Italian

  • Delivered keynote speeches for VRCA's & Bus Èireann’s International Women’s Day

  • Delivered a series of workshops for women’s internal networks and communities such as SAP, VMWare, SCWIST, Chemtrade Logistics and Women in SaaS

  • Consulted on the successful implementation of the 4 Day Work Week with one of Canada’s leading Non-Profit Organizations

  • Joined the advisor board to Crewjoy. (a tech tool bringing more human connection into teams)

  • Facilitated over 30 senior leadership workshops to support leaders in honing their leadership skills and integrating well-being within their organizations.

  • Transformed the leadership journeys of over 40 C-suite leaders by guiding them in integrating well-being into their practices and uncovering key obstacles to their success.

  • Empowered women leaders through over 100 coaching sessions, facilitating their growth and helping them navigate challenges to achieve their full potential.

  • Launched my Impact Amplification Community, a vibrant network for women leaders dedicated to fostering connection, collaboration, and empowerment as they scale their influence and success.

My Journey into Helping Women Leaders

Writing my book, the research was starling, and my passion for supporting women grew. As a woman myself, I know how challenging it can be to work in a masculine world and to feel the pressure of switching off so many aspects of ourselves in an effort of constant proving.

I could see it was women who were leaving the workforce at a more rapid rate than anyone else. 

It was women who were burning out more than anyone else.

And I began to ask even deeper questions to understand WHY and HOW we can change this.

And what I know to be true is this:

We need women to rise and to remain in our workplaces- not just from a place of survival but from a place of thriving.

That’s why I am so passionate and committed to supporting women at work to thrive. I do this through my signature program such as the Impact Amplification Model™ for 1-1 coaching, and my Women at Work™ programs designed to support women’s groups and teams to thrive with knowledge, support and tools that they need to overcome gender-based challenges and lean into gender-based strengths.
